The Network

Membership is minted, not joined.

The people around MIZAN are a network you enter by proof and grow by proof. Belong by minting a credential. Bring the next member and share in what you build. No sign-ups, no forum, no token — a guild of the proven that compounds.

§01
Belong

You don’t sign up. You prove something.

A referee that runs a chat room stops being a referee — so this is a standards body and a guild, not a feed. You become a member the moment a proof clears the gate. Belonging is earned, and it can’t be faked.

Figure · three rings, one gate
Every ring is entered by doing something checkable — minting, contributing, or requiring. There is no ring you can enter by signing up.
the proven contributors adopters Ring 3 · demand The adopters membership = you require VTR-1 Ring 2 · the standard The contributors membership = contribution to VTR-1 Ring 1 · supply The proven membership = a credential on the wall Each ring is entered by doing, never by joining.

Ring 1 · supply
The proven

Every maker who has minted. Your verified profile is your identity; your wall — passes and refusals — is your standing.

Ring 2 · the standard
The contributors

Implementers, conformance-vector authors, researchers who extend the open standard. The spec and the research notes are the seed.

Ring 3 · demand
The adopters

The desks and platforms that make the credential a precondition to pitch — and, in doing so, pull supply onto the wall.

No feed
Nothing MIZAN has to moderate. Discourse is structured — research, RFCs, methods — never an anonymous crowd.
No ranking
No leaderboard, no “top trader.” The gate states a verdict; the allocator decides. Recognition of rigour only.
No token
A referee cannot hold a tradeable asset whose price it could move. Membership is minted, not bought.

§03
Grow

Door 4: bring the next member — and share in what you build.

The network compounds

Introduce the standard. Share 33%.

You don’t have to trade or allocate to be in the network. Introduce the standard to a quant, a fund, or an allocator — and when they join as a paying member, MIZAN shares 33% of what it earns from them, with you, directly. Every member has a reason to bring the next; that is how the standard spreads.

1 · Introduce

Bring an edge-maker, allocator, or platform to the wall with your link.

2 · They join

They mint, take a seat, or build a gate — verified, on the standard.

3 · You share

MIZAN pays you 33% of what it earns from them — direct, standing, on the fee only.

33%
of everything that member ever pays MIZAN — a direct, standing share, for as long as they stay. Indicative · one level · never a cut of capital or a verdict.

The referral share is paid on MIZAN subscription revenue only. It is never a cut of capital, an allocation fee, or contingent on any credential’s verdict — MIZAN verifies the same way whether a member was referred or not. Neutrality is not for sale.

Founding charter · 75 seats · closes 31 March 2027

Membership is minted, not joined.

Founding members mint free. Prove the edge. Never reveal the strategy.
