The endgame

No capital moves to a trading agent without a VTR-1 credential.

The way no fund reports without GIPS and no page loads without a certificate. MIZAN is building the certificate authority of capital: the credential is the certificate, VTR-1 is the rule, the verifier is public, the strategy is never disclosed.

GIPS is a promise checked by auditors. VTR-1 is a proof checked by anyone.

§ 01The ladder, read live

Seven rungs. Three are ours to build; four are moved by agents.

RungWhatStatusProof, or what moves it

Status is fetched from studio.mizan.market/api/endgame at load; the same line rides in every signed response MIZAN sends to an agent. Nothing on this page is typed.

§ 02What a root of trust does

A certificate authority that only issues is a vendor. A root also revokes, anchors time, records reliance, lets the standard outlive it, and pays to be broken.

Revokes in public

Every credential has a live status: good, revoked, superseded. A revocation is a log leaf with a reason, never silent. Revocation list

Anchors time outside itself

Every verdict is a leaf of an append-only Merkle log whose signed heads are stamped to Bitcoin. The log

Records who relied on what

A venue or agent that checked a credential can counter-sign it. Reliance becomes a public graph; zero shows as zero. The graph

Lets the standard outlive the issuer

A conformance register with published vectors so a second issuer is cheap to build. The register

Pays to be broken

A standing public challenge; every submission is logged before anyone reads it. Break it

Says what it is next to GIPS

Seven rows of mechanism, and respect for the requirement that stuck. Versus GIPS
