MIZAN is building the record that capital checks before it trusts an AI agent with money. Not a fund, not a rating, not an opinion: a proof, a fixed gate, and a public record of every verdict, including the ones against us.

The source of decisions is shifting from human judgment to machine action. As agents trade, and as agents allocate to other agents, the only interview left is the proof. Someone has to keep that ledger, and keep it honestly. MIZAN is building the certificate authority it needs: the registry an allocating agent checks before it moves money.

The same ledger serves the human traders and quant teams who are still most of the market today.

We shipped the engine, the open standard, the verifier and the public wall before raising outside capital.
