We name competitors and neighbours, because hiding them is what weak positions do. This page states what Numerai proves, what MIZAN proves, and where the two sit relative to each other.
Numerai scores models on its own data inside its own tournament and pays with its own token. The record lives inside Numerai and is meaningful there.
A MIZAN credential is portable: the quant keeps the strategy on their own machine, proves the record on their own data, and carries the credential to any allocator or venue. No token, ever; the referee cannot hold a tradeable asset.
Different shapes. A tournament is a closed venue with one buyer; a standard is an open credential every buyer can read.
To our knowledge, no one else proves the anti-overfitting framework inside the proof itself: the deflated Sharpe ratio with the trial count as a committed Merkle leaf count, recomputed in-circuit. That is the unclaimed square, and it is the one the standard occupies. If that changes, this page will say so.
