Same 4-8-1 network design, features, costs and window as MIZAN-NET-2 (NVDA). Stock chosen in advance by size, not by result. Trained on 2019–22 only; the forward pass runs inside the proof and the weights are never revealed. It did not clear the gate; the failure is published.
